Gross Salary : 40K – 45k PM Gross

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Monitor day-to-day site progress, quality, and adherence to drawings/specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and client representatives.
• Track work completion vs. planned schedules and highlight delays.
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping standards are maintained at site.

Quantity Surveying & Billing

• Take joint measurements at site and prepare/check bills of contractors.
• Verify BOQs, estimates, and quantities executed against contract scope.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for new items/variations and support in rate analysis.
• Monitor material consumption, reconciliation of steel/cement/major items.
• Certify subcontractor/vendor bills for accuracy and timely processing.

Cost & Documentation

• Maintain updated records of drawings, changes, site instructions.
• Track variations, deviations, and ensure approvals/documentation are in place.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
• Experience with high end luxury residential and commercial construction.
• Two wheeler is a must
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills with ability to handle contractors.
• Eye for detail, accuracy in measurements, and proactive problem-solving.
• Should have had job stability and not jumped too many jobs.
