Site Engineer/Coordinator - Construction (Project Based)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer/Coordinator – Civil to oversee and execute building construction activities on-site.

- The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating aluminum cladding works in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage MEP projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise and execute building construction works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure all MEP installations are in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Review and approve MEP plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper documentation and report directly to the Chairman on progress of the projects.
- Support the Project Engineer in resolving technical and execution-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Strong understanding of on-site construction processes, technical standards, and coordination activities
- Proven experience in: Building construction works
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
- Experience working with main contractors or subcontractors is preferred.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
