Civil Engineer – Site Supervision (Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience)

Burtville Developments is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer – Site Supervision to join our growing Site Supervision Team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with engineering consultants and hands-on experience supervising site construction activities within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and local regulations.
· Monitor and inspect civil works (structural, architectural, infrastructure) ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
· Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
· Review and comment on shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical documents.
· Prepare supervision reports, site observations, NCRs, and progress updates as required.
· Ensure adherence to ADQCC, ADM, and other relevant Abu Dhabi authority standards.
· Support the Resident Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer in all site-related matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
· Minimum 5 years UAE experience as a Site Supervision Civil Engineer.
· Preferred: Previous experience working with an Engineering Consultancy in the UAE.
· Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, standards, and authority approval procedures.
· Proven experience supervising contractors and managing site execution for buildings or mixed-use developments.
· Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and sequencing.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/ BIM is a plus.
· Strong communication and report-writing skills.
· Must be available in the UAE, with the ability to join within a reasonable timeframe.
· Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary Range: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on the applicant’s experience)
