SITE ENGINER

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material usage, and manpower reports.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and documentation for clients and management.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in English & Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Experience in high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
