Site Foreman

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure work is done safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain records of work progress, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site safety inspections.
• Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, and company policies.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and properly maintained.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
