About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee our fit-out and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong site management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering interior projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and finishing works.
• Supervise all finishing activities including drywall, flooring, painting, tiling, carpentry, and MEP coordination.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Manage resources and control budgets throughout the finishing phase.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, municipal regulations, and health authority requirements, as applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in site foreman, specifically in fit-out and interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, finishing techniques, drawings, and materials.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver projects on schedule.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE (for in person interviews).
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and quality focused approach.
