Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Metal Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities for structural steel and architectural metal works. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site teams involved in steel and metal installation works
• Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and method statements
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor daily site activities and report progress to management
• Maintain site discipline, safety standards, and proper use of PPE
• Plan manpower, tools, and materials required for site execution
• Identify and resolve on-site issues related to installation and fabrication
• Ensure quality of work meets project and client standards
• Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams for inspections and approvals

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Civil / Fabrication or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in structural steel or architectural metal works
• Strong knowledge of installation processes for steel structures, railings, cladding, etc.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of site safety regulations in the UAE
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise or commercial projects
• Familiarity with aluminum, stainless steel, and façade systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability on-site

Driving License: Preferred (UAE Driving License is an advantage)Salary & Benefits
