Site Foreman – Structural Steel Erection (2 Positions)

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Site Foremen with a strong background in structural steel erection to supervise and coordinate site activities while ensuring safe and efficient execution of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise structural steel erection activities at project sites.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and daily site operations.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules.
• Enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Report daily progress and site issues to project management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in structural steel erection.
• Strong knowledge of steel erection methods and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with safety requirements for steel erection works.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
