Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Head, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Site Head will be responsible for managing and optimizing contact center operations, ensuring process excellence, and implementing solutions. Daily tasks include overseeing staff, implementing strategies, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Contact Center Management and Operational Expertise

· Experience in Collection Secure & Unsecure both.

· Process Optimization and Cost Rationalization Skills

· Leadership and Team Management Ability

· Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

· Proven Experience in Process Excellence and Methodologies

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; an Advanced degree is a plus
