Site HR Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Site HR Coordinator to manage on-site human resources operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will support workforce administration, employee relations, recruitment coordination, compliance, and site documentation while ensuring smooth HR processes at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily HR activities at the project site, including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Handle onboarding and orientation of new site employees and workers.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation, including contracts, visa records, and compliance files.
  • Support recruitment activities for site manpower requirements.
  • Monitor employee accommodation, transportation, and welfare arrangements when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Address employee concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare HR reports related to manpower, turnover, attendance, and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate with head office HR and project management teams.
  • Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or project based environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • GCC/UAE construction industry experience
