Role Description

This is a full-time Site Incharge/Construction Manager - Building position based on-site in Karachi. The role involves overseeing all site activities to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include leading and supervising construction activities, coordinating site operations, ensuring construction safety, conducting inspections, and resolving any on-site challenges.

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Lead and coordinate all site-level operations, manpower and materials.

• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design, specifications and timelines.

• Coordinate with Head Office.

• Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Prepare sub contractor bills

• Control budgets, resources and cash flows.

• Prepare progress reports.
• DAE / B.Tech (Civil)
• 10+ Years of Experience
