Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge / Restaurant Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant and site operations, ensuring high service standards, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves team leadership, coordination with the central kitchen, inventory control, and handling VIP clients and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise stewards, supervisors, and chefs
  • Plan and manage team rosters, shift schedules, and manpower deployment
  • Coordinate with the central kitchen for timely food delivery and buffet replenishment
  • Ensure proper buffet setup, food presentation, and service quality
  • Maintain HACCP and food safety standards across operations
  • Greet guests courteously and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Handle client interactions, feedback, and complaint resolution
  • Manage VIP events, ensuring personalized and high-quality service
  • Monitor food ordering, inventory, and wastage control
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment safety
  • Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures
