Site Logistics / Construction Manager (High-Rise Projects)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Logistics / Construction Manager to manage and plan site logistics for high-rise and mega construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in vertical transportation, material flow planning, and large-scale site coordination.

Key Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in site logistics or construction management
• Proven experience in high-rise or mega-projects (40+ floors)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of site logistics planning and execution
• Experience in material assessment, flow planning, and control
• Expertise in lift planning, hoists, and vertical transportation strategy
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site logistics plans for high-rise projects
• Plan and manage material flow, storage, and site access
• Coordinate lifting equipment, hoists, and vertical transport systems
• Optimize logistics to support construction schedules
• Work closely with project, site, and safety teams
• Ensure compliance with site safety and operational requirements
