Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Manager to oversee and coordinate site activities for ongoing construction/interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution.

Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, engineers, and vendors.

Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.

Conduct site measurements, inspections, and maintain work quality.

Ensure the use of correct materials and confirm deliveries as per BOQ.

Identify site challenges and provide practical solutions.

Maintain all site-related documentation including daily reports, attendance, and work logs.

Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and statutory requirements.

Assist in client updates, project meetings, and progress reports.

Requirements

Diploma Civil / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in site execution for construction or interior projects.

Strong understanding of site supervision, material management, and project workflows.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
