Site Manager

manages daily construction activities, ensuring projects meet plans, budget, and deadlines by overseeing workers, enforcing strict safety protocols (PPE, hazard checks), coordinating resources (materials, labor), conducting quality control, preparing site reports, and communicating with engineers/stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of civil infrastructure

• Supervision & Coordination: Direct and manage construction teams, workers, and subcontractors; coordinate material deliveries and equipment.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety rules, conduct inspections, provide safety briefings (toolbox talks), manage PPE usage, and handle accidents.
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it conforms to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Planning & Scheduling: Monitor project timelines, allocate resources, and help plan work programs.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, attendance, and submit site reports to managers.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, or potential hazards on-site.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
