Site Manager

Overview

We are hiring sharp Site Managers to deliver fit-out projects that blend luxury with innovation focusing on construction and interior fit-out projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall site operations, coordinating with multiple contractors, design team and consultants. Your expertise will ensure that all site activities align with our quality standards and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for all civil, MEP, finishing related works to ensure work progresses according to project program. Coordinate with project planners and the main contractor to develop execution plans. Monitor work sequences and adjust plans to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Lead, supervise, and direct site workers, subcontractors, and specialists. Ensure subcontractors understand their scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Conduct daily/weekly briefings and enforce proper staffing at the site.
• Quality Control: Enforce compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship is to specified quality. Record and report any defects, variations, or non-conformance, and follow through corrective actions.
• Compliance with Regulations: Ensure site operations comply with respected authority and community regulations, DCD requirements, and technical standards. Maintain documentation for inspections by authorities. Implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices per UAE laws and client requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Document site diaries, labour attendance, materials delivery, inspection records, and photos. Reporting: Attend and present weekly report in the progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Applicant should hold bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 7-10 years of proven experience as a Site Manager/ Engineer or in a similar role within the construction or interior fit-out sectors
• G+1 DM engineering license is a plus
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes and authority regulations (EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKHEES, DDA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• May work in residential & commercial projects.
