Compensation

• $15/hour during 30-day probationary period
• $45,000 annual salary after successful completion of probation

Schedule

• Minimum 45 hours per week
• Weekends optional but may be required during the 30-day probation period

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Manager in Training with strong mechanical skills and leadership ability. This is a customer service–driven position requiring operational oversight, financial responsibility, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash management and make bank runs
• Create employee schedules and control labor costs
• Delegate cleaning and operational tasks to crew members
• Ensure the site remains clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Provide excellent customer service
• De-escalate upset customers and resolve issues professionally
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge (primary deciding factor)
• Basic understanding of car wash equipment and machinery
• Comfortable using tools and performing maintenance
• Able to lift heavy weights
• Comfortable working outdoors and getting dirty
• Customer service–oriented with strong communication skills
• Car wash experience preferred (not required)

• Background checks conducted on all applicants
• Felonies are an automatic disqualification
• Any cash-related misdemeanor is an automatic disqualification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
