The Site Manager supervises the Route Drivers, vehicle inspections and all route associated paperwork. Site Manager also serves as a baclk-up driver.
Some of the primary duties include/but are not limited to:
1. Being on time ready to work each day.
2. Loading the delivery trucks.
3. Unloading the trucks at designated customer locations.
4. Verifying delivery invoices for accuracy of the deliveries.
5. Interacting with the customers for paperwork completion as well as relationship building.
6. Receiving payments from customers as appropriate.
7. Administrative tasks such as adding route stops, troubleshooting basic driver issues, etc. as required which requires a basic ability to utilize computer systems and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Job Specifications:
1. Schedule: Monday through Friday (40-60 hours per week).
2. Requirements: Clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test, background check, and a DOT physical.
