Project Manager Summary:

Supervise and direct all aspects of a team including maintaining schedules. Coordinate with other department heads and outside consultants for architectural design and site planning.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for maintaining construction schedules, and all other aspects of construction activity and quality control.

• Review of proposals, contracts, and design drawings to ensure familiarity with project requirements.

· Responsible for the creation and maintenance of site budgets.

· Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to review and understand drawings and specifications as well as constructability
• Ensure all project documentation, contracts, invoices, etc. are established and maintained by team
• Basic understanding of construction project sequencing and scheduling
• Ability to review and understand drawings and specifications as well as constructability.

Qualifications:

• Professional Degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field (mechanical or civil engineering, construction tech, interior design, business administration) is REQUIRED.
• MIN 2 YEARS AS A PROJECT ENGINEER
• Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore
• Excellent analytical ability and strong writing skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Strong motivational, management, and organizational skills required
• Comply with and implement company policies and procedures

• Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
