Job Description:

Carefully review project contracts to identify potential risks and propose preventive actions to mitigate them.

Lead the pre-mobilization phase by analyzing scope, comparing proposals with the final contract, and preparing a detailed mobilization plan.

Define, validate, and manage the project scope to ensure only the necessary and agreed-upon work is executed

Monitor daily project progress using system-generated reports to ensure timelines are met.

Supervise the Planning and Field Engineering Document Control (FEDC) team to effectively monitor construction activities and project progress.

Coordinate with HR and PP&A to mobilize and manage skilled project personnel effectively.

Enforce QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policies to maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.

Ensure full compliance with QA/QC standards and company documentation to deliver quality work in line with internal systems and procedures.

Lead the site team by setting goals, reviewing performance, and fostering team development.

Act as the official contract representative of DEL at the site, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and securing BA Head approval for any major deviations or change orders.

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly project performance through dashboards and system reports to flag delays or inefficiencies early.

Promote innovation and best practices in site management to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance.

Represent the company in client meetings, inspections, and audits; project a professional and competent image at all times.

Continuously seek and implement process improvements and value engineering opportunities to optimize time, cost, and quality.

Monitor junior engineers and supervisors to build future leadership within the site team; facilitate internal knowledge sharing to retain technical know-how.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and prompt resolution of issues.

Recommend improvements in departmental policies.
