Site Manager - Electrical

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in daily site operations.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and project progress.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Review electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Supervise installation, testing & commissioning of electrical systems (LV/MV/lighting/grounding).
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Track resources and ensure quality & safety adherence.
• Participate in site meetings with all stakeholders.
• Handle material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in electrical works within construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, site execution, testing & commissioning.
• Familiarity with KSA construction standards, SEC/SABIC/Aramco (preferred but optional depending on project).
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in EPC projects, power generation, and power transmission
