Role Context

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site operations and ensure the safe, timely, and quality delivery of construction activities for large-scale projects in Riyadh. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and strict adherence to project plans, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities and operations
• Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance
• Coordinate with planning, design, and project management teams to resolve site issues
• Monitor site progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Identify and mitigate site risks, conflicts, and delays
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals
• Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8–15 years of experience as a Site Manager on large-scale infrastructure, urban, or mega projects
• Proven experience in managing complex construction sites and multiple trades
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume, fast-paced projects
• Experience in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred

• Solid knowledge of construction techniques, planning, and project control

• Problem-solving and decision-making under challenging site conditions
