Site Manager - OHTL & Substation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the day to day operations of our high voltage transmission line projects (both overhead & underground). In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will leverage your expertise in construction management and high voltage systems to lead our crew, manage project logistics, and achieve successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering is ideal. Applications with a Civil Engineering degree will also be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in construction management for high voltage transmission line projects.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Familiarity with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve problems, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Detail oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Detail oriented and organized with a strong focus on safety and quality control procedures.
• Non citizen applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago.
• Driving License
