Site Manager/Supervisor- Events & Exhibitions

Location: Dubai (Preferred candidates with local experience)

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager / Supervisor with proven experience in events, exhibitions, and interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, manage project execution, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for events, exhibitions, and interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage site staff and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and support.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or interior fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of site management, project coordination, and vendor handling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: Prior experience working in the UAE market.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field.
