Oversee the construction action activities of Ramming/Piling, Trackers, Modules, Cleaning Robots
Managing a team of Asst construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, sub-contractors
Keeping the schedules, KPIs, Productivity norms, etc
Ensuring strict HSE compliance
Ensuring QA/QC compliances
Responsible for Rate analysis, costing, cost control, materials reconciliation, etc
Mobilizing the resources based on the requirement
Close coordination with Project Company
Coordination with Vendors for project materials
Administration of site resources
Technical knowledge of Solar PV installations, conversant with international codes, Project management, direct execution, communication, drafting skills, HSE & QC awareness & knowledge
Graduate in Mechanical/Civil Engg from the recognized Institutions, having min 10 yrs of experience, out of which min 3 yrs experience in Solar PV projects of 200 MW and above. Overseas experience is desirable.
