Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Project professional (AGM level) to manage and oversee project execution at site. The role involves planning, coordination, and control of construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects while maintaining safety and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for site execution, planning, and monitoring of project activities
• Coordinate with design, procurement, contractors, and clients for smooth project flow
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety norms
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources efficiently
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and handle site-related issues
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• BE / BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong experience in PEB / structural steel projects
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site operations
