Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate SEO projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between SEO strategists, content teams, developers, and clients to ensure timely delivery and performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously
• Work closely with SEO specialists, content writers, and developers
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Ensure SEO tasks are executed as per strategy and best practices
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and SEO performance reports
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly progress reports with stakeholders
• Assist in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO coordination
• Handle client communication and requirement gathering
• Ensure quality control and adherence to SEO guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
• Understanding of content optimization and keyword research

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing or IT company
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
