Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Civil Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to oversee and manage civil works on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering plans and safety regulations, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site civil construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering designs, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, site workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking laborers, foremen, and local authorities.
• Monitor and report on project progress, work quality, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, project documentation, and site logs.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or site challenges promptly.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a site engineer in civil construction projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil engineering software.
• Valid engineering certifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• With deep knowledge for piling construction (minimum 5 years experience)
