Site Project Engineer

Job Purpose

The Site Project Engineer will oversee, coordinate, and execute interior fit-out projects on site. The role involves ensuring quality, timely delivery, safety compliance, and coordination between site teams, subcontractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with project manager, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Manage manpower distribution and monitor productivity.
• Ensure quality control and conduct regular inspections of ongoing works.
• Monitor and report project progress with daily/weekly updates.
• Review material requests and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Resolve technical/site issues in coordination with the design and project team.
• Verify subcontractor work completion before approvals and payments.
• Maintain documentation of site records, drawings, and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, drawings, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Good knowledge of local authority rules and approval procedures (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
