Site Quantity Surveyor

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Taking all measurements.
• Double checking and verifying measurements.
• Submitting Measurements to office (Projects Manager) for Invoicing.
• Study the client drawings for the Project (Civil, Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).
• Site Measurement for progress Invoice.
• Visit the site and check with the foreman for the work done at site.
• Get the total Materials delivered on site from store or from Accounts.
• Calculating the Wastage Reports.
• Calculating the Production Reports.
• Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant

2 years of UAE or GCC experience

Required Skills

Fluent In English

Strong comprehension of civil engineering principles and practices is essential

(Waterproofing, Structural and fit out works is a plus)
