Security Manager (Full-Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive security program for our industrial facility. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust site security framework designed to protect high-value materials, personnel, and company assets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background managing security programs in industrial environments and experience safeguarding high-value materials such as cash, precious metals, jewelry, chemicals, or similar assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Site Security Plan from the ground up.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage onsite security officers.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve security policies and procedures.
• Implement and oversee security testing and auditing programs to validate the effectiveness of procedures.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to strengthen site security.
• Coordinate with management to ensure security practices align with operational needs and regulatory expectations.
• Lead incident response and investigations related to security events.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience managing security programs within an industrial or high-value material environment.
• Experience securing high-value materials such as cash, precious metals, jewelry, chemicals, or similar assets.
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification through ASIS International (formerly the American Society for Industrial Security) or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building or restructuring site security programs.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Experience developing and implementing security testing and compliance programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with industrial facility security operations.
• Knowledge of physical security systems such as access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring.
• Strong documentation and policy development capabilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
