Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (depending upon candidate experience)

A reputed engineering and construction firm in the UAE specializing in steel structure projects. The company is recognized for its technical expertise, commitment to quality, and timely project delivery across industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Role Overview:
The Site Steel Engineer will oversee and manage all on-site steel structure activities, assisting Project Managers in ensuring fabrication and erection work meets engineering specifications, safety standards, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site erection and installation of steel structures.
• Develop erection sequences, lifting plans, and method statements.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and safety standards are followed.
• Review drawings and monitor quality against specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Conduct inspections, verify structural tolerances, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare site reports and progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in steel structure site works.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, erection, welding, and testing standards.
• Familiar with UAE building codes and authority procedures.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
