Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering
5–10 years of experience in building construction within a main contracting environment
Proven experience supervising site execution teams on building projects
Working knowledge of construction activities, materials, and site processes
Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP shop drawings
Experience managing labour productivity, output, and quality on site
Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery utilisation
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors
Clear communication with both workforce and site management
Practical understanding of Abu Dhabi HSE requirements and site safety practices
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, site-driven environments

Supervise and control day-to-day site activities across civil and building works, ensuring alignment with drawings and project requirements
Lead and coordinate foremen, chargehands, and workforce teams to achieve planned progress and productivity targets
Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements
Monitor workmanship, quality, and output, ensuring required standards are consistently achieved
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site management to maintain smooth workflow across all activities
Oversee proper utilisation of labour, materials, machinery, and equipment on site
Support implementation of construction sequencing and daily work planning
Identify and address site issues, delays, and coordination gaps in real time
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices across all work fronts
Maintain clear and effective communication with both site teams and management
Report on daily progress, productivity, and site conditions to the project team
