Job summary

The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role requires effective coordination with project teams to facilitate smooth workflow and quality construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all phases of construction meet project specifications and timelines.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and contractual obligations.
• Safety Management: Implement and maintain safety management systems to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on work progress, timelines, and any site issues to project management.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office, AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a civil site supervision role within the real estate or residential construction sector.
• Education: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
