Site supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day construction activities at our high-rise residential/commercial project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing site work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material usage, and progress records.
• Assist Project Manager/Engineer in scheduling and planning site work.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues to avoid project delays.
• Ensure safety compliance for all workers and maintain a clean, safe site environment.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper utilization to reduce wastage.
• Report site progress and challenges to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass) or equivalent qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the real estate/construction industry.
• Must have experience in high-rise building projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Candidates residing in the nearby vicinity (Miraroad/Vicinity) will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
