Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site works and ensure activities are carried out as per instructions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, workers, and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment availability.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed at all times.
• Prepare daily progress updates and report to management.
• Assist in solving site-level issues to avoid delays.
• Travel between different project sites as required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE (or relevant country) Driving License – Mandatory.
• Education qualification not mandatory.
• Experience not required – fresh candidates can apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of construction activities and site operations.
• Ability to read simple site drawings or instructions.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Driving License Requirement

Candidates must hold a valid driving license (manual preferred). Applications without a driving license will not be considered.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
