Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders or delivery notes.
  • Maintain proper records of receipts, issuance, and stock levels.
  • Organize and store items in designated locations for easy access and retrieval.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Issue materials and supplies based on authorized requisitions.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
  • Maintain documentation of damaged, obsolete, or expired stock.
  • Assist in preparing inventory reports and audits.
  • Operate store equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (if applicable).
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and stock-keeping systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
