Site Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong draftsman skills to oversee site activities, manage teams, and prepare accurate drawings and layouts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in flooring installation, vinyl works, or related construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on time and to quality standards.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and technical drafts as required.
• Interpret design plans and provide clear instructions to site workers.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and management for smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with drafting expertise.
• Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Experience in flooring, vinyl, or fit-out projects highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
