Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Supervisor to assist our Project Manager in overseeing commercial interior projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to plan, meeting quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager in supervising site activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications and timelines

- Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays

- Coordinate with subcontractors and laborers to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to the required standard

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material receipts, and labor records

- Assist in verifying measurements and ensuring that work is carried out according to BOQ specifications

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve site-related issues and improve processes

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the commercial interior industry

- Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with subcontractors, laborers, and other stakeholders

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documents

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or defects

- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
