Site Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee lawn care, grounds keeping and janitorial projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on these sites, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed and as necessary, perform tasks alongside employees to maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize and maintain lawn care, equipment and must be able to drive and truck and trailer.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers communicate progress and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within logistics role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be experienced in driving a truck and trailer 6X17ft.
• Strong knowledge of lawn and janitorial tasks.
• Grounds Maintenance Repair Experience
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and team members.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
