Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Monitor work progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and report daily updates.
• Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and vendors at the site.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure all work is performed in accordance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources to minimize wastage.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure rectification of any defects.
• Maintain site documents including attendance, daily progress reports, and material logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Should be an expert in multi-storied building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Familiar with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
