Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing construction projects from beginning to end

Managing the construction team and handling communication with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at the construction site

Monitoring the progress of the project and making necessary adjustments

Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders

Resolving any problems that may arise during construction

Qualifications :

Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor in the real estate or construction industry

Familiarity with construction/ project management software

Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints

Male Candidates are Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
