Site Supervisor

In addition, TrueSeed is venturing into the warehouse and logistics business with upcoming parks in Lucknow-Kanpur Road and Farukh Nagar, Gurugram.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at TrueSeed in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing contractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining quality control on site. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

• Experience in construction project management, contractor management, and quality control
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in construction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in construction management or related field
• Experience in commercial real estate or office renovations is a plus
