Role Summary

We are hiring two Site Supervisors to oversee construction activities at our real estate development sites in Karelibaug and Vemali. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with the civil engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction work and labour teams
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
• Enforce safety protocols and site compliance
• Maintain daily work logs and report progress to the Civil Engineer
• Ensure quality control and resolve site-related issues efficiently

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in site supervision (real estate preferred)
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or relevant field
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
• Effective communication and team coordination skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and mobile communication tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
