Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Construction Work: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.

Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, conducting inspections and tests.

Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols, identifying and mitigating risks.

Team Management: Lead and direct construction teams, including laborers and subcontractors.

Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, reporting on schedule and budget performance.

Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients, ensuring effective communication.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve site issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
