Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and maintenance site activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage manpower, materials, and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Manage site workforce and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain site reports, attendance, and daily progress records.
• Handle multiple sites if required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Graduate in Civil or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction or maintenance supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must have own bike for site visits.
• Ability to handle teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
