Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications and quality standards. The role involves coordinating between teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and site regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards at the site.
• Manage site labor, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Verify that materials and equipment are available and properly utilized.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage logs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum [X] years of experience in site supervision (e.g., construction/interior/maintenance projects).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
