Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating work activities, managing manpower, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and achieving timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution as per plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and workers.
• Ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and compliance.
• Resolve site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in site supervision (construction/interior/MEP/etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office, project tracking tools, and report preparation.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
