Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor – Road Work
Location: Puri, Odisha

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site road construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers for smooth execution of daily site operations.
• Ensure proper leveling, compaction, and quality of road base, sub-base, and bituminous layers.
• Check alignment, gradients, and elevations as per drawings.
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material consumption.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, and manpower as per work requirement.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure all workers follow safety protocols on site.
• Inspect and verify quality of materials used at each stage of construction.
• Report site progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Project Manager / Engineer.
• Coordinate with local authorities and ensure minimal disruption to public movement.
• Handle minor technical issues and assist in resolving on-site disputes.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
