Site Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our construction/project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

- Manage and mentor site staff, including training and development.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables.

- Conduct site inspections and report on progress, issues, and concerns.

- Develop and implement site-specific plans, including safety, quality, and environmental plans.

- Manage site budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.

- Ensure site cleanliness and organization, including waste management and disposal.

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience in site supervision or a related field.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction/project sites.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Certification in site supervision, construction management, or a related field.

- Experience with project management software and other relevant tools.
